Quick help

Where are drafts stored?

Draft notebooks and original photos remain on the device. Export a Koremite file before changing devices.

What does Mite send?

Only the chosen snapshot and compressed, metadata-stripped images. Nobody can silently watch drafts.

Where is a reply?

Open the publication thread under received Mites in Miru or sent Mites in Mite. Also check iOS notification permission.

Unsafe comments

Report or block from the comment menu and contact a trusted adult or authority for urgent danger.

Contact

Include device type, OS, app version, and the action that failed.

Do not include a child’s name, photo, school, or other information we do not need. This website does not store what you type.

You can review everything in your email app before sending.

Schools, tutoring, and events
