1. Agreement and minors
Users agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Minors must use Koremite with parent or guardian authorization and supervision. Organization rules also apply in school, tutoring, or event use.
2. Service
Koremite provides notebook creation, photo editing, PDF export, limited sharing, comments, and optional supporter purchases. Users should make their own backups.
3. User content
Users retain ownership of their content and grant us a non-exclusive, limited permission to process it only to deliver, store, secure, and moderate the service. Users must have permission for other people’s work, likeness, and personal data.
4. Prohibited conduct
- Bullying, threats, discrimination, sexual or violent content, or exploitation of children
- Unnecessary disclosure of addresses, contact details, credentials, or impersonation
- Infringement, illegality, contest fraud, attacks, automated abuse, or limit circumvention
5. Enforcement and safety
We may hide or remove content, suspend connections, and contact relevant authorities when reasonably necessary for safety or compliance. In an emergency, contact a trusted adult, school, emergency service, or police instead of relying only on in-app reporting.
6. Supporter purchases
Supporter items are consumable in-app purchases and do not unlock core features. Apple handles billing and refunds. A parent or guardian must make the purchase.
7. Changes, availability, and liability
We may change or pause features for safety and operations. We use reasonable care but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, preservation of unbacked-up data, research outcomes, contest results, or user conduct. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Law
Japanese law governs, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. Tokyo District Court has first-instance jurisdiction where legally permitted. The Apple Standard EULA also applies where applicable.
